WE are pleased to announce that our star midfielder, Himid Mao ‘Ninja’, has extended his contract with the club until 2027.
After playing for 10 years (2008-2018), Himid left Azam FC in 2018 to play professional football in Egypt where he spent seven years and returned to the club of his life this season.
Himid returned to Azam FC from Gazl El Mahalla in Egypt and signed a one-year contract with an option to extend.
“It is good to continue to be in the group and try to achieve our goals as a club, we have a job to do next season together,” said Himid immediately after signing the contract.
The star has been in excellent form since his return, successfully occupying the defensive midfield position, a position he has been managing by controlling opponents.
